Our product range includes mounting brackets, bearing supports, equipment frames, attachment structures and complex welded assemblies, from small precision fabrications to heavy-duty structures.

Materials: Carbon steel, structural steel and alloy steel, selected according to customer specifications.

Manufacturing: Plate cutting, forming, fixture-assisted welding, stress relief where required, and post-weld CNC machining.

Engineering & Quality Considerations

• Weld Integrity & Fatigue Resistance: Joint design, weld accessibility and welding sequence are reviewed to help manage stress concentration, weld defects and fatigue risks.

• Distortion & Dimensional Control: Fixtures, welding sequence and post-weld machining are considered to control distortion and maintain critical bore alignment, mounting faces and assembly tolerances.

• Process & Inspection: Material specifications, critical welds and machining requirements are reviewed before production. Weld inspection and dimensional verification are performed according to agreed acceptance criteria.
