 A switch is installed in the cab, allowing the safety pin to be engaged simply by pressing a button inside the cab. This eliminates the need to leave the cab, providing added convenience. The new technology for opening and closing the safety pin uses the excavator’s electric drive system instead of the hydraulic system. By replacing costly hydraulic pressure with electricity, production costs are reduced. Additionally, an automatic horn sound in the cab confirms whether the pin is properly engaged. In the event of a wiring issue, manual safety conversion ensures continued safe operation.
